• Applications: Surfacing of mixer baldes, screws of refractory material presses, brick presses, cement presses, conveyer screws.

Characteristics

• For surfacing of parts subject to very intense abrasion with shock
• Approximately 190% recovery
• Easily removed slag
• Deposits an all weld metal structure of very hard abrasion resistant Chromium and Niobium carbides in moderately tough austenitic matrix
• Ideal for hard surfacing application where resistant to extreme abrasion and moderate impact are required
• Grinding only
• Non-heat treatable and prone to relief cracking
